On arrival was greeted by Alexandria. A very pleasant & welcoming reception. She is a lovely lady & a credit to the hotel. Any queries had throughout the stay was no problem. Reception area was lovely, few places to sit down & chill, two computers. Entrance to hotel had outside seating. Check-in was quick, easy & efficient. Stayed on the 11th floor of the 18th floor building plus roof top area & -1 floor for gym. Two lifts were quick & no waiting time to access them. Room was very spacious. Massive bed that could easily fit 4 grown adults comfortably. Nice big couch too, aswell as a little table & office chair & desk like area. Coffee machine, safe, fridge & microwave were also present. Nice big window over looking 28th street. Bathroom was idle size & fit for purpose. Big shower, toilet & sink. What more would you need. Towels were provided along with toiletries ie shampoo, soap etc. Roof top area was lovely. Plenty of seating & wonderful view of downtown manhattan & easily identifiable One World Trade Center both at daytime & night-time. Nice place to chill at the end of the day with food you brought back. No breakfast which I didn't mind as its nice to go out & try the local places. Obviously, you're in the heart of NYC, so you are going to hear all the noise of sirens, horns & bin lorrys (garbage truck). All which I loved as it's just what you see on the TV. $100 damage deposit refundable few banking days after check-out. Security on at nights in hotel which made it feel more safe. Lifts only worked if you have hotel card which again is like extra safety. Check-out was quick again & they held luggageas as was on a late flight. Enquired about handiest way to get to JFK. Hotel has a flat rate service of $95 dollars to airport. So got that & pick up was right out at hotel front. So no walking the streets with bags. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to subway stations such as 28th Street subway station, 34th Street Subway Station and Penn Street Station. Walking distance to 34th street, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, Hudson Yards, The High Line, the Edge and other major New York City attractions. Walking distance from Deli’s and other food establishments. Rooftop bar had good view of NYC skyline, inclusive of One World Trade Centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly inclusive of Angel, Brian, Shelton, Alexandria and Theresa. We extended our stay by an 3 additional days and were accomodated in another room and thankfully didn't have to find another hotel. Additionally, our return flight from NYC was then canceled for 3 days due to strike action by pilots and the Manager Brian gave us a 25% per day discount for each of our unscheduled additional days - you can’t get better and delightful customer service than this in a hotel. In all we spent 16 days in the hotel and the experience was overall pleasant.

The location was perfect! Close to public transportation and within walking distance of some major points of interest. The staff was absolutely wonderful! We arrived earlier than check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags there so we could begin our adventure. They were helpful, kind, and offered great advice during our trip. I would stay here again just based on their service and hospitality. The room was very nice and we had a great view, it was clean and comfortable. I especially loved that there was a sofa in the room. The rooftop bar was really nice and the views were breathtaking, the bartender was so fun to talk to. He offered great insights and directed us to some fantastic NY pizza.

The employees are very friendly. They inform you at the beginning that there won‘t be housekeeping every day, rather you need to tell them if you want your room cleaned or not ( I think after the 3rd day). Personally I think it‘s okay because a room rarely needs to be cleaned every single day. But keep that in mind. Another plus is the location, it‘s close to the Times Square or Empire State Building. Metro stations are also close by. There is also a lovely rooftop bar/terrace. All in all a good hotel!

Location is excellent.close to everything so didn't have to use a car .Also very close to subway if you want to go far.Staff were friendly and accomadted my son's special needs( he is autistic and very sensetive to noises so we needed a quite room ).A lot of restaurants and places near by so I was able to take my son for walks to calm him down .They allowed us to check out at 1 pm and we were able to leave our luggage till our flight at 7pm
